Once again this was ordered in June and received in late December. It was an issue with flir shipping not Howell rescue systems. Rated at 4 stars because it is not shipped with a charging cord. We had to purchase one ourselves.
Anytime I emailed Howell for updates on shipping they were courteous and timely with an answer
