A slip over hydrant cover designed to identify fire hydrants that are out of service. Constructed of 14oz. yellow vinyl with 4 letters stating OUT OF SERVICE on both sides. The cover is held in place with a 1 web strap with adjustable side release buckles around the bottom of the cover. Color: Yellow. Measures 36H x 30W with a 60 girth. Wt. 32oz.
